Hi there! My name is Katy Day and I would like to thank you for checking out Katy Day Design. Ever since I was a little girl, wandering through model houses with my parents on the weekends, I've loved all things house related.

After meeting my husband, who runs his own fix and flip business, it was solidified for me that the home industry is where I am meant to be.

Since 2017, I have gotten my real estate license and went to work with my Mother-in-Law, opened a custom home decor business, and Started a property management company with my husband where we manage and own long term and short term rentals.

Colorado will always be home for us, but that doesn't mean we aren't willing to travel. With homes in both Tennessee and Missouri, We've Learned what it takes to work efficiently and quickly to achieve a goal in any state or circumstance.

Whether it be setting up an Airbnb, painting a room, or doing a whole home renovation, I have the resources and contact list it takes to get the job done.

I believe our homes are our sanctuaries and should be a reflection of us. I believe in spaces that are functional yet beautiful. I know that when I'm working with a client, I have what it takes to achieve what they want to create their perfect home. After all, our homes are our escapes and they should feel and look as such.
